January favourites.

Oh my! I can't even believe it's February already!
I have found some lovely products to tell you about this month! Ι've really been using these non-stop and I can't wait to show you :)

1.Calvin Klein - Eternity Perfume
This particular perfume holds a dear place in my heart because my mum used to wear it ever since I was very little. So it always brings back good memories. I firstly bought it when I was 18 and I always make sure I have a bottle of this on my vanity. It smells very...feminine. Its top notes are freesia, mandarin and sage, its middle notes are muguet, white lily, marigold, narcisse and last, its base notes are patchouli, sandawood and amber. Definitely take a sniff, if you come across it.

2.Yoghurt of Bulgaria - Probiotic Ultra Mild Facial Wash Gel
I am stil planning on making a full review of this, so I'm not gonna get into much detail but I simply LOVE it and I wish I'd gotten another one in Bansko. It's got a very discreet scent and instantly melts into your skin. It cleanses very well, but the thing I love the most about it is that it leaves my skin feeling super moisturised. I can't quite explain it. Mostn of the other cleansers will leave your skin feeling stingy. This will make it super soft and full of moisture. Like you've put a serum on top. It's amazing! Next time I'm in Banso Im stocking up the whole brand plus several back-ups of this baby!Seriously!

3.Oriflame - Milk&Honey Soothing Sugar Scrub
I really like the philosophy behind Oriflame's products but to be honest most of their products don't seem to work on my skin. This scrub I got in a Christmas gift set and I was truly pleased with the results. I have dry skin(for the 100th time), so a good harsh scrub once a week really helps to sooth it and remove all dead skin cells. More than that and it can dry it up even more(talk about weirdos). This products is a saviour! It's not harsh at all, I can use it 2-4 times a week and it will effectively remove the dead skin cells, make my skin super soft, while not drying it up. It's got a very light consistency and its scent is quite fresh. HG!

4.MAC Pigment - Vanilla
Such a gorgeous product! It's a golden off-white and has lots of uses. I use it as an eye shadow, inner corner highlight, brow-bone highlight, cupids bow AND cheek highlight. One thing. GET IT!

5.MAC Pigment - Melon
I did a review on this here. It's a beautiful golden peach that can be used as a highlight as well. I've been using this seriously all month. Can you see a slight obsession with MAC's pigments?

6.MAC lipstick - Chatterbox
For me this is the perfect 'bright' colour for daytime. MAC describes it as a red pink but it doesn't show up any redness on me. Maybe because of my coll tone it shows up cooler, more like a bright girly pink. It's super gorgeous, I've tried it on lots of my friends and I reckon it'll suit most skintones!

7.Bioten Skin Repair Serum
Ok, I've been using this for more than a month. I really like it. It's got more of a gel texture than a serum and boosts my skin with moisture! I can't live without it! It's my second bottle of this and I'm sure going to repurchase. I'm not sure about its firming claims, simply because I don't have such problems as of yet! Also, it preps my skin like a dream, almost like a primer, before I put on my foundation.

8.Too Faced lipbalm - Grapefruit
This is my second container. I first got it when Laura/lollipop26 recommended it a few years ago. I don't reallt use it as a lip balm, it's not that moisturising anyway. Add the fact that its quite sticky, I use ot more as a lip gloss. It stays for hours, smells amazing and gives an amazing finish to my lips!

9.Bioten skin moisture moisturiser*
I love this. It adds the right amount of moisture to my thirsty skin, has a light texture that absorbs quickly, leaving my skin soft and plump AND it smells amazing. Applying this after the serums is the perfect combination! A review is on its way so I'm not gonna get into much detail!

So that's it for my January favourites girls! What do you think? Have you tried any of these?

Hello beauties!

I know I'm awful at posting my monthly favourites on time, but to be honest I didn't really experiment that much during these two months. I seem to have found a beauty regime that really helps my skin and I plan on keeping it as my skin seems to love it :)

Photobucket
Let's start!

1) Avon Clear Skin blemish clearing 3 in 1 cleanser, scrub & mask
This is a product I've been using every 3 days and has helped me quite a lot in terms of the texture of my skin as well as making the overall appearance of my skin better, with less blemishes etc. I have dry skin with very dry patches on my cheeks and this is not very harsh and does the job very well. It is stingy and once you apply it literally feels like your skin's breathing!

Photobucket
2)Baylis & Harding MIYABI hand&body lotion in Cherry Blossom
It may be a lotion but it's got quite a thick consistency that absorbs really quick into the skin which I absolutely LOVE! It is fairly moisturising, plus, it's got the most amazing, fruity scent! Perfect for summer!

3)Bioten cellufight Exfoliating Shower Cream*
I know this is probably the 1000000th time that I say this but, I have very dry skin. Especially on my body. This helps me BIG time for my straw-like skin to feel clean and moisturised, as it completely removes any dead skin cells and harsh skin. A review is coming very soon.

3)Bioten skin repair antiwrinkle & firming night cream*
This is the perfect night cream for me. It is extremely moisturising and once I put it on at night, I wake up with baby soft and radiant skin. It is a bit greasy and takes some time to absorb, but who cares really, I'm just staying indoors!

4)Avon Solutions hydra radiance protecting liposome treatment
For daytime I usually switch my creams between this one and Garnier's Ultra lift. When my skins feel dull and needs a bit of extra moisture, I always reach for this. I wouldn't expect such results from a high-street day cream but it is very moisturising, although I have to wait for a good 10 minutes for it to sink in into the skin. It smells lovely and I highly recommended it to the girls who have dry skin out there! It's quite affordable too.

5)Garnier BB cream
Ok, I have tried. Really hard. I always try to use other foundations with full coverage, medium coverage, heck, I eve tried light coverage, but I always go back to this! Thank God I purchased lots of back-ups when this came out and now I'm fully stocked for summer. It is perfect, the right amount of coverage, the right amount of luminosity, plus, it provides moisture and SPF. Cannot rave about this enough! It's my HG product at the moment!

6)MAC Fix+
There are two ways that I use this. A)to set my make up, B)to refresh my skin. Whenever I use this to set my make-up, it holds everything in place and gives a lovely radiance all over my skin. This is my third bottle and I plan on repurchasing it again! So gutted I didn't get the rose one a couple of years ago ;)

7)Garnier Ultra Lift 2 in 1 Serum & Cream*
Like I said above, this is the moisturiser I choose when my skin feels normal. The combination of cream and serum provides the perfect solution to even out the texture of my skin. It feels a primer, and the foundation afterwards glides on to the skin! Smells lovely too!

Photobucket
8)MAC blush in Daft Pink(LE)
I know this is a bit unfair but, I have not stopped using this blush, day and night! It's such a gorgeous pink colour and it's got an amazing sheen! I can't remember which collection it was from, but I can remember it was a couple of years ago. Sadly I don't want to use it up because, like I said in this post, it is one of my favourite blushes by MAC, ever!

9)Stila Convertible Colour in Gerbera
I wish Stila wasn't descontinued in Greece. It was one of my favourite make-up brands! This one I absolutely love, it translates into a peachy-pink once applied on the cheeks and gives the most beautiful and natural glow! If you can find it anywhere,I highly recommend you purchase one of these! They're worth their money!

***Garnier and Bioten, have kindly sent me these products. I wasn't payed to feature them in any post and they didn't ask for a review. Heck the Ultra lift even came as a gift! :) ***

So, this is it ladies! Have you tried any of these? What do you think? Let me know in the comments section below!

Have a lovely week!

Hello everyone!

So this is what I've been using the most for the month of November. Make-up wise, It wasn't that interesting as I kept it really simple for Uni etc. Quite basic, every day make up.

1. L'Oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray.
Nothing more to say. Does the job perfectly and smells amazing.

2.Oriflame Essentials Revitalising face cream for normal skin.
I was not as impressed with the one for oily skin which I got in the summer but this one seems better and moisturises my skin quite well. I am willing to buy the one aimed at dry skin to try it out as my skin gets drier during winter.

3.Garnier Intensive 7 Days Repairing Lotion with Shea Butter for Extra-Dry Skin.
Wow, that's a mouthful. Well, I've been loving my BS body butters but this little baby has been helping me moisturise my skin every night, after I get out of the shower. It does the job perfectly and leaves my extremely dry skin moisturised and baby smooth. Plus, the scent is AMAZING!

4.White Musk Eau de Parfum.
I remember sniffing this when I was 13 and immediately falling in love with it. Now, six years later it still remains as one of the most beautiful scents that I ever smelt, and I always make sure that I have one bottle of this on my drawer.

Top notes: velvety musk, floral lily and sensual ylang ylang with hints of fresh galbanum and basil.
Middle notes: velvety musk, oriental jasmine, floral lily and rose.
Base notes: velvety musk, oriental jasmine, floral lily and iris, rose, sweet vanilla, fresh amber, patchouli, oakmoss and vetiver with hints of fruity peach.

5.MAC Strobe Cream.
It has been a favourite for quite some time now. I absolutely LOVE this. I recommend everyone to go and buy it. It's got the perfect sheen. I sometimes use it as a highlighter but most of the time I like using it with my foundation, especially with the one mentioned below.

6.Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation.
I love that it's full coverage, yet does not look cakey at all. It's not matte and it gives a lovely glow to my face, when i first got it I thought it was like a porcelain doll's skin. And I also love the shade (52) It suits my skintone exactly.

7.MAC cream blush in Posey.
In the close up it looks lighter and slightly more peachier.(no idea why)
It's a lovely rosey peach that looks awesome if you fancy some pop of colour to your cheeks. And not to forget, because it's a cream product, it leaves a lovely sheen on the cheeks.

8.Nail Varnishes.
Essie in Trombone: a true blue toned red
Essie in Berry Hard: a true burgundy/burdeaux
Erre Due last minute in 31: a lovely yellow toned/tomato-ey red

June Favourites

Hello my beautiful readers!

I know it's not quite the end of June but it's more or less getting there and, well, five days aren't going to change my mind, i reckon.

This month i've been opting for more bronzey golden browns, contrary to what i usually go for during the start of summer which usually fluctuates between corals and hot/warm pinks. I didn't include any basic neutral eyeshadows as these are pretty much in my favourites every month. So here goes :

The Products:

Photobucket

- Clean & Clear facial scrub
- Garnier invisi mineral deodorant
- MAC pigment in Melon
- MAC blush Ombre in Springshine
- MAC blush in Trace Gold
- MAC Minealize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle(one of my first MAC purchases, recently started to like it as a multipurpose product)
- MAC select sheer loose powder (in NC20)
- MAC 134 powder brush (i know it's supposed to be a face powder brush but use it with your bronzer and you'll be amazed at how amazingly well it applies on the skin! I couldn't live without it.)
- Bourjois Health Mix Foundation (in 52)(LOVE this, review coming up)
- Bourjois eyeshadow in 72
- Chanel quad in no 81(Beiges Velours)
- L'Oreal One Million Lashes Mascara (review coming up)
- Bobbi Brown pot rouge in no2 (Calypso Coral)
- Stila eyeshadow in Oasis (still remains my all time favourite gold eyeshadow/highlighter)

August Favourites!

Ok i cannot believe how fast time passes. It's the beginning of September and i can't believe that i will be going to school next week. So a rather belated August Faves post is on it's way:)

Now these eyeshadows, Phloof! and Fashion.
Fashion i got recently and i fell in love with it the moment i saw it. It's the kind of blue the compliments my eyes the most. I love love love this colour.

Phloof! on the other hand is another favourite of mine because it's a sort of like between colour in All that glitters, naked lunch and nylon. Perfect as a highlight and beautiful as all over the lid colour. I usually wear this with Sable on the outer corner which looks lovely.

Underage lipglass and Cubic blush.
I never really thought i could pull off a very nude, very pale lip colour but you know what? I actually do. Underage itself is quite sheer so i'm applying it over creme d'nude and it looks very milky, very tasty, and with a tan, incredibly sexy :P

I was actually inspired by lollipop26 to get the Cubic blush. And she was absolutely right. It is perfect when applied on the apples of your cheeks after you have applied your bronzer. Amazing.

Costa Chic, Chatterbox, Girl About Town.
Now these lipsticks i've been wearing very often the last couple of weeks of August. I mean i have used snob and saint germain and angel and stuff but these were pretty, summery colours that i really liked. They even make my mood:)

And also, not pictured seperately but the body shop body butter(in raspberry)is in my opinion a staple in every girls skin care kit. This thing is SO moisturising!!!

And as a Thursday treat, here's a FOTD

Face:
Mac studio sculpt concealer in nw20
mac studio fix powder in n4
mac bronzing powder in golden
mac blusher in cubic

Eyes:
mac e/s in phloof! all over the lid
mac e/s in sable on the outer corner.
l'oreal telescopic mascara in black/noir
random eyeliner

Lips:
mac cre d'nude lipstick
mac underage lipglass

Have a nice Thursday!!!
